Yes. If you would prefer to complete some of the work yourself, the allowances for those items will be credited back to you. Common examples are painting, tiling, landscaping, adding on a deck etc. If you are interested in completing some of the work yourself, we will work with you to make sure it is worth your efforts and get the best pricing that is available for materials.

What If I Am Already Working With A Real Estate Agent Or Another Contractor?
Dragonfly Properties gladly offers a 2.5% co-broke commission to other realtors. Realtors work very hard on your behalf, and if you have been working with one, they should be compensated. Note that Dragonfly Properties is also a licensed Broker but we only market and sell our own properties and do not compete with other realtors. You are not required or in any way obligated to use Dragonfly Properties as builder if you purchase one of our lots.
